Appointment policies

Cancellations:

emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a 50% fee on your next appointment.

Lateness:

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule your appointment and be subject to a fee.

Missing appointment:

In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee worth 50% of the missed service which will be added to your next appointment. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying a nonreturnable deposit worth 50% of the service you want to book. Two or more missed appointments equal being fired.
